When you purchase a Deal (for example, by clicking "BUY NOW"), you enter into a binding commitment to purchase the relevant goods and/or services if the minimum number of purchases for the Deal is met. Except as required by law, once purchased, goods and/or services cannot be cancelled, redeemed for cash, exchanged or refunded.



However, we will provide a refund of the purchase price that you paid for your Privilege card if you are unable to redeem your Privilege card because the business providing the Deal (a) closes down or (b) refuses to honor the Privilege card.

The following terms and conditions apply: To be eligible for a refund, you must have complied with our Terms of Service and with any additional terms and conditions set out in relation to your Deal. For example, you will not be eligible for a refund if the terms state that bookings are essential and you try to redeem your Privilege card without a booking, or the Privilege card is only valid at a certain location and you try to redeem it at a different location.



To be eligible for a refund, you must have tried but been unable to redeem your Privilege card. We will not provide refunds if you do successfully redeem your Privilege card but are unhappy with the goods or services provided. If this happens, please contact the business that provided the Deal or let us know, we’ll make sure your feedback goes through to them! The maximum amount of a refund is the purchase price that you paid for your Privilege card. We will not provide refunds for any other damage or loss suffered by you as a result of being unable to redeem your Privilege card.



We will provide refunds for Privilege cards given as gifts to friends and family if they meet the terms and conditions above. Any refund will be given to you (as purchaser) rather than to your friends or family member.



We at Grabit want to make the whole experience of enjoying our amazing deals as safe & secure as possible!
We want you to trust us…we won’t ask for your credit card information because we understand how unsafe or unreliable that can be…so we’ll ask you to give us your whereabouts & we’ll come to you...wherever you are! All you need to do is pay the cash once you have our Privilege Card in your hand.



Our amazing offers & deals will only get activated if the minimum number of deals are sold. Therefore fake orders (Booking an order online & then backing out, disappearing at the last minute, or not taking the call of your friendly Grabit rep) will result in your account being blacklisted & no further deals can be availed by that individual in the future!
